Return Policy

Frustration Policy

If you are here trying to return your Needlepoint Gateway project because you have gotten stuck OR having trouble getting started, have no fear! We offer virtual “office hours” – book a time HERE we are confident that we can get you stitching!

Holiday Return Window
For orders placed between November 25–December 31, you have until January 15 to start the return process.

General Return Policy
For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it.

Shipping charges are not refundable, and Needlepoint Gateway does not cover any costs for the return.

To return an item, email needlepointgateway@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective,  damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
